Inês Marques Machado

About

Inês Machado has a BSc in Biotechnology (2016) and a MSc in Medicinal Chemistry (2018). After her MSc, Inês obtained a research grant at 3B’s (UMinho) (Mar2019 - Dec2021). Between Feb2022 and Feb2024, she was a research fellow at DEP-IPC (UMinho) working with multidisciplinary teams in several projects. During her MSc and the following research grants, she produced 2 papers, 6 posters and contributed as co-author to 4 oral communications, 2 papers and 4 posters. Currently, Inês Machado is a researcher at CeNTI - Centre for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials, where she is part of the Functional Fibres Department. Inês is actively involved in several R&D projects, including RN21, Sustainable Plastics, GreenAuto, Integra, and Aquanexus, contributing to innovation and development in the field of functional polymers and sustainable materials.
